Sights and Sounds: Cavalry 4-1 Atlético Ottawa

Cavalry FC was in mid-season form in their second match of the 2021 CPL season Wednesday, dispatching Atlético Ottawa 4-1 at IG Field in Winnipeg, Man.

Striker Ahinga Selemani scored his first and second goals for the club, putting away two poachers’ efforts. Selemani was aided by Cavalry’s aggressive and tireless attacking play which led to follow-up second-half goals from midfielders Elliott Simmons and Victor Loturi. Miguel Acosta scored Ottawa’s lone marker.
