In a potentially massive moment in the second leg of the 2025 Concacaf Champions Cup round one matchup between Cavalry FC and Pumas, Marco Carducci made a huge penalty save in the sixth minute of second-half stoppage time.

Moments earlier, Cavalry had looked to be in real trouble when Jay Herdman was shown a straight red card for his challenge in the box, and after a VAR review, a penalty was awarded. With Ignacio Pussetto stepping up to the spot, the Cavalry keeper dove to his left and made a brilliant stop to deny the Argentine.
