Calgary, AB (April 7, 2022) – Cavalry FC is pleased to announce Mason Trafford (CAN) as the Captain for the 2022 season.

Former Captain Nik Ledgerwood (CAN) recently announced his retirement as a player, presenting the opportunity for Trafford to step into the role.

Changes have also been made to the club’s leadership team. Maintaining his position as co-captain is Marco Carducci (CAN). He is being joined in the squad this year by David Norman Jr. (CAN) and Charlie Trafford (CAN).

“It’s an honour to be named club captain this season. Cavalry FC is a huge part of my life, and I’ve made Calgary my home since moving here in 2019, so it’s a proud moment for me. I’ll continue to fight for this club and this city as we compete for a championship.”
