Calgary, AB (May 13, 2022) –The following is a Cavalry FC update relating to the current injury status of Fraser Aird (CAN), who was injured during a match in Edmonton on Friday, May 6^th.

Following an imaging scan on Wednesday, the club can confirm that Aird has suffered an ACL injury. The fullback will undergo the necessary surgery and rehabilitation process to return to the field as soon as possible but is expected to miss the remainder of the 2022 season.

The club will continue to support Aird through his recovery and rehabilitation process as he pursues a full return to play in due course.
